Refund Policy for Physical Items
Thank you for shopping at Mind Kind Studio! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges of physical goods purchased from our store. This policy applies only to physical products and is separate from our policy for digital items.
**1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds**
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
* **Timeframe:** You must request a return within 30 days of the original delivery date.
* **Condition:** The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unworn (if applicable), and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
* **Proof of Purchase:** You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, receipt, or order number.
* **Exclusions:** The following items are **not** eligible for return or refund any personal items in nature: face masks, underwear, pet sweater.
* **Final Sale Items:** Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
**2. How to Initiate a Return**
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. **Contact Us:** Email us at mindkindstudiollc@gmail.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. **Return Authorization:** We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). **Do not return items without an RA number.**
3. **Packaging:** Carefully package the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) or suitable packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
4. **Shipping:**
* ** You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Ship the package to the following address:

do not return to shipping location unless process has been started. If shipped without authorization no return can be processed.
5. **Tracking:** Provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment (if applicable).
**3. Inspection and Processing of Returns**
* Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
* If the return is approved, we will process your refund within business days.
* You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
**4. Refunds**
* Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
* The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s) being returned, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).If you ordered the wrong size, picked the wrong item, or simply doesn’t want it anymore, no refunds. We don’t offer free reprints or refunds in these cases.
* Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
**5. Exchanges**
* We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
**6. Damaged or Defective Items**
* If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at mindkindstudiollc@gmail.com or with photos of the damage or defect.
* We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
**7. Cancellations**
* Order cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped. Contact us immediately at mindkindstudiollc@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
* If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
