Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we handle shipping for physical products (fulfilled by Printful) and digital downloads on www.mindkindstuido.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Downloads

  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, printables, templates, or software) are delivered instantly via email or a download link after payment clears.

  • If you don’t receive your link within 15 minutes, please check spam/junk or contact us at mindkindstudiollc@gmail.com.

  • Digital downloads are non‑refundable unless there is a technical issue preventing access. In that case, we will resend the file or issue a refund at our discretion.

  • You may not resell or redistribute digital files in a way that violates our Terms and Conditions.

2. Physical Products – Shipping

All physical products are printed, packed, and shipped by Printful, our third‑party fulfillment partner. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery dates are approximations only and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other delays.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

3. Returns & Issues (Printful‑Based Orders)

We follow Printful’s return and problem‑handling process for physical products. Key points are summarized below; the full Printful policy is here.

3.1 Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

  • Report damaged, misprinted, or defective items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • If the issue is confirmed to be on our/Printful’s side, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement.

3.2 Lost in Transit

  • If your package appears lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • If a claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to Printful’s policy.

3.3 Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

  • If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned to Printful’s facility.

  • You are responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.

  • Shipments that are not claimed are returned to Printful and may be donated to charity after 30 days. Reshipment costs are your responsibility.

3.4 Buyer’s Remorse & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse on physical products.

  • If you change your mind, want a different size, or wish to return an item, any returns or exchanges are at your expense and at our discretion.

  • If we approve a return or size exchange, you will need to cover the cost of a new order for the replacement item.

3.5 Sealed Goods (e.g., Face Masks)

  • For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods such as face masks cannot be returned.

  • Any returned orders containing face masks will be disposed of and are not eligible for reshipment.
